Cancellation & Refunds

For web, mobile app, and software development projects, if the project is signed and the client cancels the project in the middle, no refunds will be applicable. For digital marketing projects, at least one-month prior notice is required after the minimum contract period. No refunds will apply to digital marketing, graphic designing, or content writing projects. For detailed terms & conditions, please refer to the legal document of the particular project. For subscription-based CRM/ERP solutions, the one-time setup fees will not be refundable in case of cancellation; however, up to 70% of subscription fees refund will be applicable if the cancellation request is raised within 15 days of project delivery. The refund amount (if applicable) will be credited to the bank account of the customer within 15 working days.
